About these terms

These terms govern the use of this website. They are separate from the booking terms and conditions that apply to a confirmed reservation, which are issued with each quotation and invoice and which prevail in the event of any conflict.

Trade use only

This website is intended for travel trade partners. Rates, availability and product information are provided for the purpose of assessing and selling Topaz Tours programs, and are not an offer to the public.

Product information

Itinerary descriptions, images and day-by-day summaries on this website are indicative and for illustration. Hotels, attractions, inclusions, sightseeing and the order of the itinerary are subject to availability and operating conditions, and may change. Confirmed inclusions are those stated on the final confirmed itinerary and invoice. Each itinerary product is subject to its own terms and conditions and, where applicable, to the terms of the client contract.

No pricing on this website

Rates are not published on this website. All rates are quoted directly to trade partners, are net and non-commissionable unless stated otherwise, and remain subject to availability until confirmed in writing.

Bookings

No booking is made through this website. A booking exists only once Topaz Tours issues written confirmation and the required deposit has been received. Deposit, payment schedule, amendment and cancellation conditions vary by product and are stated on the applicable quotation and invoice.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, layout and imagery, belongs to Topaz Tours or its licensors. Partner-facing collateral may be branded and distributed by confirmed trade partners for the purpose of selling Topaz Tours products. All other reproduction requires written permission.

Third-party services

Certain services within our programs are operated by independent suppliers, including hotels, attractions, carriers and local operators, and are subject to their own terms. Topaz Tours is not responsible for services booked independently by a client or partner outside our confirmed arrangements.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Topaz Tours is not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on the information it contains.

Guaranteed departures

Where a product is described as having guaranteed departures, it means the departure operates on the published date and is not withdrawn for want of numbers. The escorting arrangement and vehicle type are matched to the final group size, so a smaller group may travel in a van or mini-coach and the driver may also act as tour leader. A guaranteed departure remains subject to the force majeure provision below.

Force majeure

Topaz Tours is not liable for delay, alteration, curtailment or additional cost caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These include natural events and severe weather, fire, epidemic, war, terrorism, civil disorder, strikes or industrial action, government or regulatory action, border and park closures, and failure of transport or utilities. Where such an event affects a departure we make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable alternative, including accommodation of a similar category. Any refund is governed by our company refund policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
